New Announcements:

Cancelled classes for today are: Mr. Higgins, Ms. Shulfer, Mr. Reierson's periods 6-9, Mr. Heeg and Mr. Zee. Periods 1-3 & 8-9 students in grades 9& 10 should report to the LMC and students in grades 11 & 12 are to report to the commons. Periods 4-7 all students are to report to the LMC.

 

Mr. Higgins Crime Justice Law students need to finish the Chapter Review for class tomorrow, the book pages and the assignment can be found on Canvas. History and American Gov. needs to finish their Presidential Candidates and have them ready to turn in Friday 10/26.

 

Senior Class and Senior Class officers - There will be a senior class meeting on Wed Oct 31 in Room 36. We will discuss senior apparel, senior trip, and senior funds.

 

SkillsUSA will not have a meeting tonight.

 

Next week the MCLA members are hosting an Anti-Bullying and Kindness Week. The week will include plenty of fun activities and be kicked off with a Mirror Monday surprise! Students are encouraged to wear orange on Monday and will find positive messages on the mirrors in the bathrooms. Look for posters around school for additional details!! Have a beautiful day.

 

Are you interested in manipulation and mind games? Come to strategy Game Club in Room 18 after school every Tuesday. Pick up a t-shirt form as well. They are due by Friday November 3rd. See you there!

 

Wonderland Workshop this Thursday and Friday after school until 4 PM in room 71.

 

Code Club competitive events work night on Friday in room 71. All students are welcome to come explore our Makerspace as well! Code Club participation is open to all -- join us when you can.

 

Did you pick out your costume for Pathway Partner's Career Costume Contest yet? No worries, there are still a few more days until you strut your stuff on Wednesday, October 31.

 

Attention men of Marshfield High School. Are you looking to try something new? Are you looking to hang out and have fun and compete with a great group? Are you a fan of singing are screaming? If you answered yes to any of those questions the Swim Team may be right for you! There will be an informational meeting for Boy's Swimming Tuesday October 30th right after school in Coach Karrels room, 56. Bring yourself, bring some friends to check it out!

Yearbook Club Meeting on Friday, October 26th at 7:00 am - Room 28!

 

The special education students are making protein shakes for their restaurant The Shake Shack.  The flavor of the week is Cookies and Cream.  We will be down in the commons from 10:30-11:45 on Friday October 26th.  A $1.00 donation would be appreciated per shake.  Proceeds benefit the students! Hope to see you there! Bring your friends.  😊

 

Next Tuesday, October 30, please wear as much pink as you can! Thanks to all of you, we have donated over $3,000 to breast cancer research. So in honor of the last days of October's breast cancer awareness and Mrs. LeMoine being half way done with treatment - we stand strong and wear pink!

 

Got your costume all ready for Pathway Partner's Career Costume Contest next week? Remember, all costumes must be school appropriate attire--- CANNOT include hats, hoods, face paint, masks, or weapons and CANNOT cause classroom distractions. Stop in the Pathway Partners office (room 135) or see posters around school for full contest details!

 

For the first time ever, Marshfield High School will recognize Veteran's Day by hosting a free breakfast on the morning of Monday, November 12, for any military veterans in and around the Marshfield area. The breakfast will be cooked by the FFA, and we would like all of you to think about your parents, aunts, uncles, and family friends who served in the military and consider inviting them. Students who invite veterans will escort and join them for breakfast.  Stay tuned for more information to be distributed in your period 2 class in the next few days.

 

Girls interested in playing soccer this spring are to attend a meeting in room 10/11 on Wednesday, October 24th at 3:30 PM

 

The Gay-Straight Alliance will meet Wednesday, October 24th, after school in room 10/11. Anyone is welcome to attend.
