Tonight, is CANDY GRAB! Key Club & any other High School students Trick or Treat for those kids in the hospital.  After you are done - weigh your candy or bring it to 709 EAST 5th St to be weighed. The candy will be brought to the Ronald McDonald House after for Distribution. Have Fun & be safe!! Key Club will meet Fri after school in Rm 45 for the results!

There will be a brief meeting after school for students interested in participating in curling, tonight at 3:30 in room 10/11. Hope to see you there!

 

Today is the deadline to avoid any late fee or cancellation fee for AP exams. You must turn in your paper AP exam registration form with at least the minimum $40 per exam by the end of the school day on Wednesday (in the counseling office).

 

Don’t forget, tomorrow is the Career Costume Contest- can't wait to see all the creative career costumes – open to all students & staff! The top 5 career costumes with the most likes, will win donuts on Tuesday, November 5!

Got your costume all ready for Pathway Partner’s Career Costume Contest next week? Remember, all costumes must be school appropriate attire--- CANNOT include hats, hoods, face paint, masks, or weapons and CANNOT cause classroom distractions. Stop in the Pathway Partners office (room 135) or see posters around school for full contest details!

 

FFA members are reminded that the October FFA meeting will be held at school forest on Monday, October 28th from 5-7:30 pm.  If you'd like a ride to and from the meeting, a bus will leave from the high school greenhouse at 4:30 pm and return at 8 pm after the meeting.  There will be outdoor games, pumpkin painting, fishing, hay ride, and a chili feed along with the meeting.

 

Looking for a Spring Break getaway??

MISEP program is offering a trip to China March 31-April 6. You will discover the delights of Chinese food, visit our sister schools, and be taken away by the splendid cultural heritage. You will also visit-- one of the most expansive and famous wonders of the world, the Great Wall of China. Interested?? Come to our meeting, parents MUST attend on Tuesday, October 29th from 6-7pm in the library. Any questions see Ms. Schwab in room 69

 

Students in Drama Club who are interested in the trip to New York City this summer are asked to attend a meeting with their parent or guardian about the trip on Monday, Nov. 4th @ 6:00 PM in Room 1 (Mrs. Leurquin's Room). This trip is open to students in grades 9-12.

 

AP exam registration for yearlong classes is nearing the end. You must have your online AP classroom account as well as turn in your paper AP exam registration along with exam payment by October 30 (next Wednesday). If you are wanting to take an AP exam for a class you are not enrolled in, see Mrs. Guldan in the counseling office ASAP.

The Freshmen football team defeated DC Everest 39-14 last night.  The Tigers finished their season undefeated with a record of 8 and 0.  Great job to all the Freshman Football players.
