We have a student with a missing pair of glasses. Last seen on Friday, November 4th. If you have seen a black pair of glasses in your travels inside or outside the building, please turn them into the office. Thanks!

 

Next week, November 14th – 18th, MHS will be holding a food drive. The homeroom that collects the most items will receive a $100 prize to be spent however the teacher and students would like. The donation days are as follows: Monday is pasta and peanut butter, Tuesday is canned fruits and vegetables, Wednesday is personal hygiene products, Thursday is boxed foods, and Friday is canned meats. Students will be awarded 2 tickets for items brought in on the appropriate day and 1 ticket for items donated on alternative days. Students can then write their name on the tickets and they will be put into a drawing for individual prizes at the end of the week. Our goal is a school is 2,500 items and there will be a progress board displayed in the commons for students and staff to see how close we are to that gold. Remember MHS, hunger knows no season!

Attention FFA Members, the World Toughest Rodeo trip is just around the corner. Please sign up in room 80 with Mr. Zee or Mr. Heeg.

 

Today after school all French students are invited to a party in celebration of French Week in room #64.

 

A rep from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will be in the Counseling Office on Friday at 11:00.

 

Tickets are on sale in the main office for "The Crucible” cost is $6 for students and seniors 55+ with ID and $8 for adults.  Performances are Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.

 

Think you know your knit? Come find out at knitting club is today, Thursday November 9th after school in Ms. Gutting’s room 21. Whether you’re yarned and dangerous, or just knitting to keep from unraveling, all are welcome. Bring yarn, knitting needles, crochet hooks, or any materials if you have some or extra to share. Either way, we will satiate your high fiber diet!

 

HOSA will be selling fruit cups before and after school in the commons to promote healthy habits. Help support our Health Occupations Students by eating healthy!

 

 

Attention Journalism students.  The journalism club will meet in Lab 4 today, Thursday, November 10th, after school.
