HOSA will be selling Candy Cane Grams over all lunch hours this week starting Tuesday. Buy a candy cane for $.50 or $1 and send it to a friend! Candy canes will be delivered next Wednesday during lunch. Thank you for your support!

 

After last Monday’s lockdown that took place before 7:30 a.m., we learned we have many students in the academic wing that do not have an Early Bird class.  Therefore, starting Monday, December 16^th, the only students allowed into the academic wing before 7:30 a.m. will be students having an early Bird Class with Mr. Karrels and Ms. Fassler.  Students wishing to report to the Testing Center must report in to the staff person working the TOP/check-in station.  Students reporting to the Testing Center will not be dismissed from the testing into the Academic Wing until 7:30 a.m.    Staff members holding club meetings such as Student Council will be permitted on days meetings are held.  Teachers will need to submit the list of members attending ahead of time.  All students will be allowed into the Academic Wing at 7:30 a.m. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.  

 

An audition workshop for the Spring Musical 'Hello, Dolly!' will be held afterschool in the choir room on Wednesday, Dec. 11th. Please make arrangements to attend this mandatory workshop or speak to Mrs. Leurquin on the Friday following the meeting. It should be done by 4:00 PM. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 17th from 3:15-6:30 PM in the Orchestra Room.

 

Think you know a lot about government and politics? Are you keeping up with current events? Want to have a chance to win scholarships for college? Consider joining the high school Civics Bowl Team. Our initial introductory meeting will occur on Wednesday, December 11th at 7:23AM in room 22. Learn about the games and how to compete to be a part of the team. If you can't make the meeting, see Mr. Glodowski in room 22 for details.

 

Attention MHS Students: The Team Trees Fundraiser is going on all this week!  You can donate cash in your grade's labeled container, which is located in the commons near Mrs. Guden's desk.  The donation to Team Trees will be made under the name of the class who donates the most money.
