WEDNESDAT AM ANNOUNCEMENTS – OCTOBER 2, 2019

Will the following please pick up their Homecoming t-shirt in Room 13 before or after school: Noah Mandel, Caden Iwanski, Simone Chaney, Jordan Beil, Lizzie Hanson, Matthew Kloehn, Cheyanne Knapp, and David Kolb

 

Backpacks 9th hour---students should not have them in class (periods 1-9) . Students should also keep backpacks in locker before and after school if using the testing center. 

 

Congratulations to Mr. Treankler’s 9^th hour class for earning PBIS Class of the Week!

“My hour 9 APCSP kids continue to demonstrate their commitment to achievement.  APCSP is my most diverse class in terms of grades (9-12), GPAs across the board, Computer Science experience (Zero to experienced programmers), Gender (23% girls), heavy absences for athletics too.  We purposely do a variety of different hands-on, collaborative activities, most of which I've never tried before.  Some activities are great, others end up crashing and burning, but having this group of dynamic, outgoing & energetic students makes me look forward to teaching 9th hour every day.   Even on the days I know we're all exhausted and my lesson ends up being a flop, this group has remained committed to learning! #AWESOME”

A reminder to all young men turning 18 this school year.  Please be reminded you have 30 days from your 18^th birthday to register with the Selective Service.  This takes about 45 seconds to do.  Please go to SSS.gov.
