New Announcements:

A rep from Mid-State Technical College will be in the Counseling Office on Wednesday during the lunch hours.

 

A rep from UW-Superior will be the Counseling Office on Thursday at 9:00.  A rep from UW-Madison will also be in the Counseling Office on the same day (Thursday) at 12:15.

 

Previously Read Announcements:

The first day of Yearbook Club is TODAY afterschool in room 28 (Mrs. Budimlija's room). We will be picking out the yearbook cover and theme and delegating pages. If you can't make it to the meetings, but would still like to participate, no worries, just stop by Mrs. B's room and sign up for pages and find out how to do them!

 

Code Club open house this week Thursday and Friday in room 71.  Doors open from 3 to 4 pm. Come check us out in room 71!

 

Last night the Lady Tigers golf team finished third, just behind D.C. Everest totaling a team score of 210, their best score of the year. Today the Lady Tigers play host to Wisconsin Rapids, D.c. Everest and Stevens Point. Wish the ladies “Good Luck” when you see them today. Leading the Tigers were Roma Shah, Isabelle Jensen, Anna Weis, Morgan Meyer, Leia Linzmeier, and Jenna Reigel.

 

Hey Sophomores!!! You are falling way behind in homecoming t-shirt orders. Tomorrow is your last chance to have an awesome shirt. Drop your form and money off to Mrs. Dargenio in Room 13 today and tomorrow!

 

Seniors can pick up applications to be on homecoming court in Mr. Genett’s  room (10/11)starting 5^th hour today. Applications are due by the end of the day Friday, September 22^nd. 

  

Are you interested in welding, construction, computers, engineering, auto repair, or graphical design? Well then SkillsUSA is the club for you. Come to our first meeting of the year this coming Thursday, Sept. 21st after school in room 82. Talk to Mr. Henderson if you cannot attend.

 

Burr its getting cold out there! Wouldn't a warm scarf or hat and a cup of coffee be nice? The first Knitting Club meeting will be after school on the 26th. Its the 4th Tuesday so we will be heading to Bigby after meeting in room 28 Mrs. Budimlija's room!  Whether you're an expert or just want to learn, we'd love to see you there!

 

Homecoming t-shirt order forms are due this Wednesday, September 20th to your class advisers.  Samples of the t-shirts can be seen by Mrs.Guden's desk in Commons. Remember to turn in your order forms to the correct class adviser which is listed on the form.

 

The first FBLA meeting of the year will be Wednesday at 7AM in Room 70. Everyone is welcome to attend. If you are interested in learning more about the Future Business Leaders of America but cannot attend the meeting, please see Miss Goettl in Room 70.

 

The Gay Straight Alliance will meet this Wednesday after school in room 10/11. Anyone is welcome to attend.

 

There will be a sophomore class meeting Wednesday the 20th in Room 13 after school. Homecoming and fundraising will be discussed.

 

A reminder to students who want to be FFA members that you need to pay your $15 dues to Mr. Heeg or Mr. Zee.

 

Also FFA members interested in participating in the Section 7 Leadership Workshop at Owen-Withee High school on Wednesday, September20th need to get a permission slip from Mr. Heeg or Mr. Zee.  Permission slips are due Tuesday.

 

Love strategy games? Want to take over the world? Are you good at lying and backstabbing? Join Risk Club! There will be a meeting next Wednesday after school in room 18 (Mr. Dargenio's room).
