TUESDAY AM ANNOUNCEMENTS – JANUARY 14, 2020

Classes are cancelled today for Mr. Moore. Students in grades 9 & 10 should report to the LMC and students in grades 11 & 12 are to report to the LMC for periods 4-7 and to the Commons periods 1-3 & 8-9.

 

Freshmen and sophomores are asked to check in Skyward to verify your semester 2 study hall room locations before semester 2 starts on January 22nd. Many of these have changed since you were given your schedules in the fall.

 

A reminder to our student body that Fellowship of Christian Athletes meet every Tuesday Morning at 7:00 am in the lecture hall. All are more than welcome as we develop our faith in Jesus Christ. See Mr. Lang to get your name on the morning list.

 

Students who are interested in helping with costumes, makeup, crew, and the cast are requested to attend the parent meeting with a parent representative or just yourself on Monday, January 20th from 5:30-6:00 PM in the auditorium. See Mrs. Leurquin (Lurk-win) in room 1 of you cannot attend but would still like to help with crew. 

 

Students involved in the musical's cast and crew, and Drama Club/Class students and are interested in attending the NYC trip in August 2020 should come and pick up info from Mrs. Leurquin in Room 1 by Wednesday, January 15th. Included in the trip are two Broadway shows, trips to the 9/11 memorial, Radio City Music Hall, Statue of Liberty, Times Square, and artists workshops with the performers in the shows we see on Broadway. Great experiences shared with friends!

 

FFA members interested in going on the Bruce Mound trip on Friday evening, January 17th need to pick up permission slips in the ag room.  Permission slips are due TOMORROW.

 

The Winter Blizzard Dance is coming up on Saturday, January 25^th, admission is $10.00 a person. Please remember that if you want to bring a guest from a different school you will need to submit your completed dance form to Ms. Bishop no later than this Friday, January 17^th.
