Now while a Rose is a rose is a rose is a rose a Poem is a Poem and more than ever it’s fun!!! So come channel your inner bard in the Mindfulness Club Poetry Workshop, in celebration of National Poetry Month. Come share and snap along with coffee, and Oh me, Oh Life you may contribute a verse.  Monday after school in the Lecture Hall.

Today ACP is recognizing Mental Health Awareness and next week MCLA will host a mental health awareness week, in solidity to the fact that 1 in 5 U.S. Adults will live with Mental illness ( 46.6 Million in 2017) and as general advocacy for practising emotional well being.  Meaning that just like physical care, groups at Marshfield high school are exploring approaches to Mental/emotional care.   So today, next week, and all days, we rise to recognize the resources, support groups, and one another, as we are available to maintain and promote mental health together.

Mindfulness Club Happy Snack for today: All we are capable of controlling is this present moment, so let go of the past, don’t grab onto the future, just breath and be mindful.
