Healthy Minds Day is April 5th, 2016. Healthy Minds Day was established to raise awareness about the importance of mental health. The World Health Organization defines mental health as "a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community." As a school, we recognize the importance of mental health and the significance of supporting one another’s mindful growth and potential.  Please wear green on Wednesday this week to support healthy minds.
